Caren is a composer, music producer and educator. With ten years of music teaching experience and a second career in language training programs, she founded Caren Bridging Edu in 2020, providing a bridging learning series in two areas - Music and English Language Skills. 

 

As a composer, she focuses on contemporary music and sound design, and her pieces have been performed in multiple areas, including England, Europe and China. As an educator, she spent many years on pedagogies development for different age groups based on tracking student learning progress and collecting results. Many of her students received offers and scholarships from Red Brick and Ivy League Universities. Caren is also a licenced early learning educator in Canada. Her other focus is to deliver quality music education at an early age bonded with child development milestones.

 

Caren obtained a Bachelor of Art in music design and production at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music in 2010 and a Master of Music in Composition at the University of Leeds, England, in 2014.
